We are based in Wakefield, where our team is currently preparing to launch our supported tenancy placements. While these accommodations aren’t available just yet, we’re actively taking in enquiries and offering support. For more information or to speak with us in person, feel free to visit our office—we’re here to help. 


Absolutely. All of our support caregivers are carefully selected through a thorough recruitment process, which includes full background checks and reference verification to ensure safety and trust. Each team member undergoes comprehensive training focused on delivering person-centred care, with an emphasis on understanding and meeting the unique needs of every individual we support. From safeguarding and mental health awareness to promoting independence and dignity, our staff are equipped to provide compassionate, tailored support. Ongoing training ensures they stay up to date with best practices and continue to deliver high-quality care. 


We offer tailored supported living services for individuals aged 18 and over, designed to promote independence while maintaining stable tenancies. Our support extends to those facing a range of challenges, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical impairments. We provide day-to-day assistance with daily routines, life skills, and community integration, always with a person-centred approach. In addition, we offer emotional and practical support for those who may not have anyone else to rely on, and we work closely with families where needed.

We have a formal complaints procedure, which is available on request. All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated thoroughly. Throughout the process, all concerned parties will be kept fully informed at each stage of the investigation.
